For decades, the Nd:YAG laser has proven to be extremely effective at the removal of dark, benign pigmented lesions. Light with a specific wavelength is delivered at high peak energy pulses, penetrating tissues for nanoseconds. The rapid blasts cause the pigmentation to fragment and are eliminated by the lymphatic system. This causes the pigmentation to gradually fade, however with the Apollo Q-Beam Plus, results are achieved much more efficiently. The pigmentation is broken down to much smaller fragments enabling the body to process and excrete.
Q-Beam Plus Nd:YAG lasers can be used alongside specific charcoal products to achieve a whitening, rejuvenating and toning effect on the skin.
The procedure is pain free and results are visible from the first treatments. Down time following the treatment is minimal, with the client able to resume wearing make-up within 24 hours.
