Are your devices CE marked?

Yes, a CE certification will be provided with your device.

Do you provide training on the devices?

Yes, we provide accredited training through our sister company ‘Apollo Training Academy’. We have clinics across the UK where we can provide in-house training, alternatively we can create a bespoke training package within the comfort of your own clinic. Can we see the machine before we buy it?

We understand purchasing equipment for your business can be a daunting experience. We aim to make the process as simple as possible. We can provide demonstrations on some devices which we can organise to take place at your nearest clinic, alternatively this service can be provided within your own clinic.

If I experience issues with my machine, can you help?

Of Course! Apollo Lasers prides itself on unrivalled aftersales support. All our machines and their accessories come with a warranty (duration depending on device/ accessory type), giving you peace of mind. We are constantly looking for ways to best support our growing client base and are always happy to help regardless of how long you have had your device.

We also provide servicing plans, not only vital for your insurance but ensures your machine is working safely and efficiently.

I have ordered through your website, how long till I receive the machine?

We do currently advise to allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. We will keep you informed of your devices progress every step of the way.
